Questions centre owners ask first.

How much time does the program actually take?

Plan for a 60-minute coaching session each week (or fortnight), plus roughly 1 to 2 hours of implementation between sessions in the early months. The rhythm is built to fit inside how a centre owner’s week actually works.

Do I need a bookkeeper or accountant already?

Yes, the program works alongside them, not instead of them. If you don’t have one, we’ll point you to trusted specialists early.

What if my numbers are a mess?

They always are when we start. Month one is specifically for sorting that out. You won’t be judged on the starting point, you’ll be helped out of it.

Is the founding rate really limited?

Yes. The founding cohort is capped so we can give each owner proper weekly attention. Once full, standard rates apply.

Can I do this if my business partner isn’t on board?

The financial work only holds if both decision-makers are aligned. If you co-own, we strongly recommend both of you joining the discovery call.

What happens after six months?

You own the system. There’s no forced renewal. Some owners choose ongoing quarterly reviews, most simply continue running the rhythm themselves.
